It is a residential option for 55-year-old major persons, formed by a set of accessible housings, without architectural barriers, with landscaped zones and spaces of leisure, where they will be able to enjoy a new way of life, with total independence and safety.

In addition, the owners must expire with the criteria and limitations established in the bylaws of the Special Procedure that will govern the functioning of the building of housings with services.

The one who will manage and administer VITABITATSALOU?

The management and administration will go at the expense of the successful bidder of the grant for the construction and development of the project.

Which is the quota of VITABITAT's community, and what guarantees have I of that the raises are not continued?

The quota of community for housing will range, approximately between 250 to 300 monthly Euros, which it includes the community spaces of comfort and the general and welfare services that we detail:
